一、Requirement description

    With the rapid information and technology development, the government speed up the establishment of informationization, the government set up the IP government affairs network which covered the entire system mostly. Adopts the tree structure organization, Vertical management way, the communication efficiency of the government and among different department is extremely important.
    Through the interior data network to establish the IP phone system which cover all the office, it can reduce much the interior call cost, upgrade the management and work efficiency, improve the data network usage. Meanwhile, the IP telephone special network is also the efficient instrument to improve the safety of the interior communication. It also assist the government daily work and serve our people well, thus improve the work efficiency and our peoples satisfaction.

二、Equipment deploy

1. City (Province) government set up IP softswitch platform; interconnect with telecom operator via trunk module. Through message platform, seat module etc to provide the rich VAS.
2. Each sub-office s analog telephone be accessed in the VoIP gateway DVG-1000(S), The DVG1000 connect with the headquarter through internet. The DVG1000 (O) gateway interconnected with PSTN directly access the operators equipments or lines, realized the local falls to the ground.
3. All the telephones in the system, Simultaneously binding the internal short number and PSTN outwire two number.
